I have read so many things on self help, and positive thinking, never give up hope etc.etc..And also on letting to.To me letting go and keep positive, never lose hope contradict one another. Here is my thing, yes sometimes you feel like you can’t quit after all Edison didn’t quit even after so many failures, and gave us the light bulb.Oprah never quit when she was told she could not make it as a TV personality, and she became not only one of the top TV personalities, but also a great role model for all.So if they had quit and lost hope we wouldn’t have such great leaders/ people today.Same for Gandhi,if he had quit India wouldn’t have gained independence from the British Raj.But then there is also letting go?So my question is, when do you decide when to keep on hoping, and not quit? And do you decide it’s time to quit?Let go?Stop hoping? Can any one please advice? Thanks.
