James123ParticipantNo method, no experience is necessary,
Just love, that is enough.Know that everyone you speak to is Him,
And being noble and gentlemanly becomes inevitable.Know that everything you see is Him,
And respect becomes inevitable.Know that the past, the future, and the now are Him,
And the shattering of the concept of time becomes inevitable.Know that every feeling is Him,
And no longer clinging to feelings becomes inevitable.Know that every thought is Him,
And there are no longer positive or negative thoughts.Know that any good or bad news yet to come is Him;
Nothing that arrives or fails to arrive can affect you anymore.Thus, you are that very emptiness itself;
Just loving unconditionally is enough.

anitaParticipantDear James:
“Know that every feeling is Him… Know that every thought is Him, and there are no longer positive or negative thoughts.”-
An inner struggle only exists when the mind is treating something as an opponent. If nothing in my experience is being opposed, the struggle dissolves.
In other words: a fight requires two sides — a ‘me’ who resists, and a ‘thing’ to resist. When every thought, feeling, moment, or outcome is allowed to be exactly what it is — not judged, not labeled, not pushed away — the second side of the fight disappears.
When there’s no enemy, no problem to solve, nothing inside to wrestle with, the body softens and the mind quiets.
This is what your words brought up for me today, James. I would like your thoughts about my understanding 🙏

James123ParticipantDear Anita,
Absolutely. Absolutely.
There is nothing except Him.
La İlahe İllallah.
Best,

anitaParticipantDear James 🙂
“Being noble and gentlemany becomes inevitable… respect becomes inevitable”- I like that very much.
Noble, gentle(wo)manly, respectful- this is what I want to be, always.
La ilahe lllallah”- I think it translates to God (Allah) is one? I will look it up later when I get to use the computer.

Thomas168ParticipantThere is so much that I can say to show what James says is full of contradictions. But, I prefer to just say hello James. Hope life has been treating you well. Or at least treating Him well?? Sorry, easily confused. My bad. Oops, I did it again. Guess I am just not that innocent.

anitaParticipantDear James:
AI: “La ilāha illā Allā means ‘There is no god but Allah.’ This is the core declaration of Islamic faith — the statement that affirms the absolute oneness of God and denies the existence of any other deity worthy of worship.
It’s considered the foundation of tawḥīd (oneness of God) and the heart of the shahāda, the Muslim testimony of faith.“Islam’s central teachings emphasize Compassion (rahma), Justice (‘adl), Protection of life, Care for the vulnerable, and Peaceful coexistence. The Qur’an repeatedly says that God loves those who act with kindness, patience, and fairness, and that killing an innocent person is like killing all of humanity.
“Most Muslims live quiet, ordinary, peaceful lives, and the heart of Islam teaches compassion, fairness, and care for others. Violence comes from politics, fear, and extremist groups — not from the religion itself. When you look at the everyday practice of Islam, it’s about prayer, kindness, family, and seeking peace with oneself and others.”

James123ParticipantDear Anita,
La ilahe illallah meaning actually is “there is nothing, But Only Allah, which is nothingness itself”
As Ramana maharsi said: the world seems good or bad, which belongs state of consciousness.
Yet, when mind transcends anything else disseappears, what remains is only Nothingness/pure consciousness itself.

James123ParticipantDear Thomas,
I hope you are doing well.
Just don’t care what I say but only read.
Because, when death comes, it will be rough to not be able to surrender. So, you will have no choice to but remember what I have said.
“Thomas is the separation/devil/ego. Surrender.”
Have a peaceful day.
Peace.

ScottyDyeParticipantLove is basically what it’s all about. Respect goes a long way. As far as death is concerned I guess the best option is to go out like a warrior. Accept what you can’t change and lean into the inevitable, quietly, but very profound. Pursue peace and joy, there’s plenty of hard times that come on their own. In my eyes, spirituality should be summed up in the peace and joy in your life, even if you’re not spiritual at all. Happy 4th everybody! I’ll be eating some good food pretty soon.
Just a dude living life.

RobertaParticipantWho is Thomas? – Who is James? & who am I come to that
Where is the love in action/reaction?Peace within peace without to each & everyone & their egos
July 5, 2026 at 8:46 pm #459191
Thomas168ParticipantDid I read that right? James called me the devil? And talks about my death? strange topics to be talking about on this July 5th. I like Roberta’s post. Who is Thomas – Who is James. Where is the love in action/reaction?
Is it alright if I think I am Thomas? My action or reaction to love is to bring peace in my words and thoughts. To feel close to those in my life. Yeah, my ego knows no bounds and fills every space. So, when the quiet comes and my attention is steady, the space lets go and I am there. There is no intent. Just sitting. Then it passes and I am here again. So, nice saying that love is enough. But, it really isn’t. It takes more than love. It takes intent in actions and reactions. The mind set when proceeding to do things in this life.
Sorry, rambling. My mind tends to do that. Much like seeing shapes in the clouds as they move across the blue sky.

RobertaParticipantGood morning
When I do one particular Chenrezig prayer & the very last section goes slower & quieter until the mantra just fades into an expansive peaceful silence within me, no Roberta, no ego for that short time or something like that.

PeterParticipant“We are map-makers by nature. The “Way” a realization that the map-maker is also part of the territory. Every time we “return”, whether through a lifetime work or a moment of “seeing”, we are just the Tao waking up to itself.”
Once, every word was alive. A spark. A gesture toward the unsayable… Language rising like mist before the mind wakes. Words form, dissolve, return, shadows trying to touch the light…. Watching the watcher quietly, you can see thought building its small rooms, naming each wall as “me.”… Yet… in the stillness between one word and the next, there is a different kind of knowing, the space between seeing and seer dissolves… fear softens, concepts loosen. The soul reminds of its own transparency…
And language, freed from its duty to define, becomes a simple gesture, a leaf floating on a river that was always moving without needing a name

AlessaParticipantHi Tommy
I totally get where you’re coming from. After everything you’ve seen. Seeing it happen to a friend. I understand, maybe only a fraction.
No need to worry about these things. Value who you are and what you have. Everyone is different. I love you as you are. 😊 🩵

AlessaParticipantHi James
I think words do matter, because words are actions too and people have feelings. Saying words don’t matter, is like saying people don’t matter. A good friend of mine, much wiser than me, taught me to be more gentle with people’s feelings. I think he’s doing something right, so I’m not going to second guess his methods. 😊 🩵
