No, this won’t work? The “5 Rules of Happiness” sound just about as achievable as these 3.
I understand what you mean, Pete. It does sound pretty impossible to completely let go of worries (and perhaps for some, the same is true of letting go of hatred, though I think this one is more attainable, since we can dislike something without hating it). But I suspect the last three aren’t quite as difficult. In my experience, working on these things can make a huge difference!
