How do you remain happy when reality shows you different
I think it depends on what’s causing your unhappiness. Though I will say this: I believe that happiness isn’t meant to be constant. It’s an emotion that comes and goes, like all emotions. So perhaps the question isn’t how we can remain happy, but rather how can we feel happier on the whole.
