Lovely:); there is no such thing as mental illness, only the horror of traumatic-stress and the myriad of inextricably related symptoms (‘mental illness’) found in the DSM — and the complete and total denial surrounding this [obvious] said human condition. To acknowledge this suffering would be to make us all human, all individuals, not groups; how would the State profit?
Is there a way out of the memories, the inexplicable physical symptoms, the terror, the rage, depression, anxiety, isolation, riveted narcissism, social phobia? Pull your reins in and find out how to discharge the trapped fight/flight energy driving your symptoms, and you will have the answer.
