    Hi Michelle,

The Heart, Solar Plexus and the Root Chakras – either they are blocked or leaking.

It is generally leaking when we give everything out of proportion to the other person.

Please see what these 3 chakras represent in the below image.

(Image Copyrights as mentioned on the image)

    Also read this:

Heart Chakra – Acceptance , love, compassion, sincerity, relationships, heart related issues, coldness towards others, despair

Solar Plexus Chakra – strength, personality, power, determination, self esteem

Root Chakra – energy, comfort, stability, safety

    What you need to do:

The above picture shows the location of these chakras. Create an imaginary ball of energy with both the hands.  Then start bouncing that ball on each of these chakras for a minute or two by one hand. The hand need not be touching the chakras, but a few distance apart as if you are bouncing the ball on that chakra. Experiment by changing the distance of your hand from the chakra and see where it feels better. Do this from bottom to top at first and then from top to the bottom. You might even feel the bodily vibrations.

    good luck.

    Hi Felix,

Yes you are on the right track about starting to think that she has her life of her own, whether she may or may not come back from where she is, and many other things. You mentioned you haven’t contacted here yet. Try the ‘Kaizen way’ method I’ve suggested you.

Regarding your height, I have seen a blind person getting married, another with other health conditions, another who has already passed the marriagable age but got married the first time. So many such things do happen and height does not really matter, unless it matters to “your mind”.

Yes I can understand it is difficult to get it out of the mind. But then what would you do if a glass has hot water and you want to make it cool or warm in order to drink it. If it is full, you would pour (let go) some water out and fill (replace) it with cold or normal water. Likewise you need to let go of something that is in your mind and replace it with something else that you like, love to do and enjoy life. Or simply continoulsy replace it with things you like and love to do and the water will overflow and what remains in the glass after a while is cold water. When you do that you will find that you have met the love of your life. I am not saying this for the sake of saying. You yourself can try doing that. Just start. “Beginning is half-done”.

I had posted a video on your other post for you to take a look at. That post is buried somewhere now.

Here I am posting the link once.

You might even get goosebumps after you watch it.

    Hi Greed4UrLove,

I have read each of your posts.

To get rid of memories from the head, attachments, to bring emotional closure I suggest you to do Ho’oponopono. For you I recommend to do it for 21 days. A simple technique can be done anywhere, everywhere, even while you go for a walk with the friend. You can look that up and find free articles and videos on it. I will be happy to read your message but once you do it diligently for 21 days :).

    Hi SearchForSelfPeace,

From what you have responded to my post I do not actually see any introvertedness or shyness issues anywhere. Your only issue is when you have the feeling of left alone, as you mentioned. If you can increase some self esteem. self worth, self love- I think you will be back on track, with friends or anywhere else. Do take a look at the website I have suggested you above. That will cover up everything.

    Hi Rod,

Glad to know about what you mentioned in your last post.

Keep yourself equipped with the mudra I have suggested you and use it at times when it will become necessary again, in your current life-situation or in any other.

    Hi nz133,

    I’ve ready your original post.

“I know I should let go of this but I just cant”

For this start practicing the technique of Ho’oponopono.

You can look that up and find it as simple.

    Hi Nekoshema,

I have gone through your original post.

I will suggest you some practical techniques.

    1. The Sedona Method

    2. The Release Technique

You can look up about them and practice either one of them is fine. Both of them are ‘letting go’ techniques. Simple ones.

Only a practical technique as such will help you come out of your issues of letting go. Moreover once you know them, you can equip yourself with these and keep it with yourself for any other challenges life throws at us.

    Hi angel,

I don’t know how can I let go of someone who hates me so much.

Any tip of letting go of someone who did not give you closure?

    1. Please lookup about breaking/cutting energetic cords of attachments. Search for ‘archangel cord cutting’.

    2. Practice the simple technique of ho’oponopono all the time whenever thoughts about him come or whenever you are disturbed.

Please do these two practical techniques and you will be back on track with your life.

    Hi Yogita/Ann,

You have mentioned that you are well educated. I am aware of education sections/categories in India but unaware what exactly you have done.

It is difficult to suggest without much knowing about your education, location, etc.

Although it is a Uk website, to start with, below are some good tips about making lists and evaluating.

    livingwithschizophreniaukDOTorg/information-sheets/schizophrenia-and-work-what-kind-of-work-can-i-do/

Replace the word DOT with an actual dot.

Go through all of that page and post your feedback.

Have a good rest of the day.

    Hi Yogita,

Do please either email or post your issues here in detail so that people can help.

If not comfortable you can always create a new profile with a different name (not any real name) and post your issues here.

    Don’t suffer this way alone.

    Hi SearchForSelfPeace,

I read your posts but I do not think you are introvert as mentioned in the title. There is a difference between being an introvert, shy, or a socially anxious person. Some or most people are a combination of two or more of these. Introvert people do not have  much of self-esteem issues. But don’t worry about that I do have resources to help you on that. There are lots of free online self-tests available to determine whether you are shy or introvert or a bit of both. You can take that and let me know here what you come up with so that I can suggest you what to do next. I have been researching about these for my own issues too, so I know a few resources.

Alongside, for self-esteem issues I recommend you to go to increasingselfworthDOTCOM. (Replace with an actual dot).

Its a very good website and there are tons of articles for free along with meditations and exercises for issues as these. I have also interacted with the author of the website. She does make it a point to respond if you post anything on any of the posts or via email.

    Hi Rod,

Suggest you to do ‘Prana mudra’ a simple mudra (hand gesture) that benefits in increasing the prana (energy) in the body.

Looking at the images can show how it is done with three fingers rather than I explaining here.

Sure it is bound to increase the flow of energy in the body.

    Hi Kayla,

Yes please check about EFT. And it is not only for PTSD but several other issues too. Since you mentioned you haven’t heard about it so suggest you do not do it yourself. Do post back your interaction with the EMDR therapist.

As a side note, I was also looking up for you to suggest about Donna Eden’s Energy Healing Technique.

And you know what. It said about making use of the same technique that I suggested you and also has Gary Craig’s name in the post.

Please take a look at the below link.

    https://www.innersource.net/em/1131-energies-of-love-healing-through-trauma.html

And don’t worry, I have also had several such issues and have come out of those “memories” and you will too.

    Hi Meera,

Congratulations on even thinking to do the technique. Since life is in moments – one by one – Mindfulness is not only to be done during one activity (eg brushing), but for every single activity throughout the day. It won’t matter whether you are at your parents place or workplace or anywhere else. It has to be done every time. Hence it is said to make daily life itself your meditation practice.

So even there is something called as ‘mindful listening’ and ‘mindful talking’ which you can think of doing while at your parents place.

    tc.
