    Dear Inky:

Yes, I remember, the Noxious Stimulus. Well, you had a small victory forgetting all about him for a while- that means you can do it again, maybe  even extend the time you forget about him, maybe play that music in your mind next time you see him, that “volume 10 Scottish bagpipe vibe”.

Nothing in the wondrous  Best of Inky’s for this one?

Sometimes you need an outside ear/input so you don’t think you’re crazy! 🙂

Change happens slowly then all at once – every victory is a victory! Congratulations on your success the next victory is just around the corner. Well done!

    Dear Inky:

I am supposing you can guess my approach: figure out the origin of this noxious stimulus, the  origin that  preceded the appearance of this man in your life. He triggers a neuropathway that pre-existed him. I am visualizing you smiling as you read this (I may be wrong of course). I mean, you hardly see him, not important enough to go through the trouble…

Well, if I were reading this post and I attempted to give a Best of Inky, I suppose I would say something like, “Have someone with you, and seek sanctuary in politeness”.

To address how and why he makes me react this way, clearly it has to do with my Dark Origin Story. Like if I resolve this then I energetically resolve that. And if I can’t resolve this then my youth continues to be unresolved as well.

I do wish my son, all decked out in his military uniform, was there that day. Not that I  parade him about like a show pony, but then I could be all (unspoken but louder than words)”See? SEE?? I am a real person! I raised this cadet!” and hold my head up.

Nothing like the vision of a military family during a Pipe and Drum Ceremony is all I’m saying. LOL

(Sorry for drifting into Social Redemption Fantasies…!!)

    Dear Inky:

I have my first smile of the day, reading your last two posts, and a big smile  it is. There is no one capable  of the Best  of Inky’s… except for the one  and only Inky!
