Dear Cali Chica:
Here is the full throttle (from yesterday, on the other thread): “I could be manically cleaning like a tornado and it’s pristine”, and here is the no throttle: “Or the place has things strewn everywhere”.
“So I found myself feeling annoyed and irritated with him. I felt like he was a pest who was going to come knock on my door and say you need to do this and this and this (he doesn’t ever do this I am just explaining how I felt)”-
– well who did do that, knocking on your door and telling you to do this and this and this?

okay I will do this, I have started to – and will continue to. I will also report back on this activity/process.
Lets resume the exercise/I am in fact feeling very in touch with innate CC today. I was thinking about the exercise, and all of a sudden I look up on the NYC subway this morning and see a friend from high school!!
A girl I spent hours and hours with studying. A girl who was a huge part of high school. Of all.times and people at that second in one of the busiest times and cities in the world
And yes the universe showed me little CC and said yes. Be gentle with yourself little girl. See your young selfYou still need to nurture her. The girl from high school the growing girl. Tell the critics to shut up. Tell your inner self you are fine. Your are just fine.
And I just smiled. Normal CC would say hello to her. But I felt calm and centered and I knew there was no need to. I had my sunglasses on, and I was just me, in my own element, unnoticed. I noticed her and listened to the universe. And that’s it.

June 27, 2019 at 8:43 am #301057AnonymousGuestDear Cali Chica:
I am having a visual of you in the subway with sun glasses on.
“Who did do that”- who outside yourself, your mother, no? She never let you just sit, you wrote with great emotion before, during our exercise, do you want to start there? Why don’t you start with what is there closest to your awareness now?

June 27, 2019 at 9:15 am #301063Cali ChicaParticipantdear Anita,
no – a lot of my friends always watch tv for hours – they sometimes sit on the couch the whole day and watch all the episodes at one time
June 27, 2019 at 9:16 am #301065AnonymousGuest– Why isn’t Cali Chica allowed to sit in front of the TV, like her friends do?

June 27, 2019 at 9:17 am #301067Cali ChicaParticipantwell my mom always has stress about cleaning and no one helps her do anything so she gets mad at us
June 27, 2019 at 9:20 am #301069AnonymousGuest– and when you tell your mom that you want to help her, she tells you that you will not be doing a good job, that you will make it so that she has more work to do. How does that make you feel?

June 27, 2019 at 9:23 am #301071Cali ChicaParticipantDear Anita,
ya she doesn’t let me help her bc she says i am messy and absent minded. and then i think – ya i am – i dont know why i am
June 27, 2019 at 9:27 am #301073AnonymousGuest– your mom told you that no kids wake up on a Saturday morning and sit in front of the TV. She was wrong, you found out that your friends wake up on a Saturday morning and sit in front of the TV, and for a long time. Maybe your mom is wrong when she says you are messy. Maybe you are not messy.

June 27, 2019 at 11:56 am #301077Cali ChicaParticipantwell Anita, a lot of people are messy – but their moms don’t get mad because those moms are messy too.
my mom isn’t messy – my parents theyre really clean, they are crazy about cleaning, so they get mad about any mess
i’m not like that
