Hi everyone! For anyone who has broken up with someone and held anger towards them, how do you let it not affect you and how do you forget and forgive your ex.
its been a year since my breakup. I have extremely negative feelings towards this guy because I let him come very close to me and trusted him and he kept on hurting me and beating me down with his words. I’m angry that I let myself be mistreated. Though I do not speak to him at all, he still calls and leaves voicemails and and likes things I post on social media. He also keeps asking mutual friends for news on me. It makes me very angry because I do not want him appearing in my life at all and have very negative feelings towards him. What do I do?
