Hello Everyone. This is a question for people who have been married for several years. I have been married for 7 years now and it seems like these days me and the wife arent jelling the way we used to. Is it normal to start to get lost along the way from where you started? I mean people change over time but how do people change in marriage and yet stay together and make it work?

We seem to argue these days and things seem very distant. Not sure what to do…Suggestions? I have already tried to talk about this to her she claims she is just under stress and is overloaded. But it seems to be more. I asked if she fell out of love or lost interest. She has said no. Dont know what to make of it.

    Dear PathOfPeace:

I would work with her on reducing her stress, her overloaded schedule and what not that is stressing her so. Once than done, take it from there.

    Hello Anita,

How long have you been married? Have you run into this problem? When someones “Over Busy” no matter how much you try to help they build their life up to stay busy no matter what. I have been helping and nothing changed.

    Dear PathOfPeace:

Been married six years. Very soon after I got married we started couple therapy and then I continued with individual therapy. The Healing Journey for me started five years ago and is ongoing. I am hooked on it so, no, I do not have the problem you describe because I am focused on my process, journey.

Do you think I can help you somehow, even though I am not in a similar situation with my husband as you are with your wife? If so, let me know.
