    Hi there everyone,

I am sorry i really didnt know where to put this topic, so i thought spirituality was well suited.

I went to a homeopath for the first time today and he scanned me through this machine which i think it was called a Quantam Machine, it took roughly about an hour and i was really quite impressed.

He didnt explain everything as he said he would need to evaluate my test results thoroughly and will be going back next Tuesday. He did tell me a few things that popped up during the test, which quite frankly blew me away, it was like he had known me for a very long time.

He actually told me he was worried about me, as i am too young to be suffering as much i am. My thyroid seems to be having problems due to my emotional state, all things that kept popping up was aggressive form of emotional dysfunction, my energy cells ( The cells that give you your vitality) should be from 6 on wards i am a 4 ( which explains my lethargy). When he took a look at my spine he just started shaking his head and couldnt believe what he was seeing on a 29 year old woman, he said i am suffering a lot and my spine should not be in this way. He also mentioned that not only does my stress, anxiety, low immune system pop up but also that there is high percentage of trauma and the large desire of wanting something to change.

I will be going next week to give me a list of supplements to take and a detoxificating diet, i hope this will help me and lead me to a better path of getting better. He gave me a hug and spoke to me a little bit telling me im too young to be suffering the way i am, i started to cry and he told me, i and everyone else on this planet was put on this earth for a reason and it is not to suffer, even those people who have mental problems, or physical problems etc,, yes they have a reason to be sad but life goes on and we make life how we make it. We need to be able to wake up and smile that the sun is shining, to feel the breeze on our skin, to smell the flowers, to smell freshly brewed coffee and the list goes on. I need to cut all toxic people out of my life for me to be able to move on.

I am the sort of person who likes to write things down, this way i learn faster. Id like some advice on how to go about self love, how to start practising it and beginning healthy habits. Shall i start a diary and begin to write healthy habits down? Does anyone know how to start??

    All my blessings

    x

One thing that I am currently learning to do that helps a lot is writing down the beautiful things in each day. At the end of the day before I go to bed, I write down one thing that made me happy. Some days can seem like a total train wreck, and sometimes it’s hard to find things that I love about myself and my life, but there is always good in our lives, and writing it down deepens our appreciation.

Wishing you the best. Sending hugs.

    Good Morning Ava,

Thank you for your reply 🙂

I will start doing that every day, since i write a diary everyday at the end of the page i will write in one thing that made me happy.

    Thank you for the idea.

    Blessings and love x

    Dear Alexandra:

You wrote that this man was worried about you and that it seemed like he had known you for a very long time. It doesn’t take a long time to know that a person seeing a homeopath wants a relief from suffering.

Keep in mind that he is motivated to sell you those supplements, in addition to making money from your appointments with him. Keep in mind that to make his money, he needs to motivate you, to show empathy and suggest that he indeed can relieve your suffering.

Focus on your motivation, which is to relieve your suffering and consider his suggestions as objectively as you can. For example, what are those “energy cells” he was referring to, specifically? And what is it that is wrong with your spine?

Regarding healthy habits, daily aerobic exercise is one, maybe a brisk walk a day.

    Hello there Anita,

I understand what you are saying, i don’t know he didn’t really seem like a man who was in it just for the money, he seemed like a very happy man and i felt such good energy radiating from him. The test that was done isn’t only for emotions, it is also done for the proper nutrition for your body. This is what most people do here in my country and a lot of people have made huge progress in regards to healthy eating and losing any excess weight.

I know that he will want to sell me the supplements and then go back for acupuncture as this is what he has said, but i wont follow up with that. I am doing my reki and i am more than happy in doing that. I dont want to be totally naive, but i also dont want to be negative at anyones help in thinking they just want my money. I dont mean to not agree with what you have said to me Anita, as you know i take everything you say to me in consideration 🙂

Well i have a next appointment that is free, just to tell me about what foods i should be eating for my body and to explain my results more in depth. By saying that my energy cells were low, he meant that my vitality is low i,e i suffer from fatigue and lethargy which is true. I am nearing the end of the spectrum which is ”Exhaustion” so he told me i need to be careful. My spine, well he didnt go into to much detail at the time but he said that my energy is all out of place. I will update you on my results if you like on Tuesday when i go to pick them up.

I was going to the gym 4 days a week, but when coming home i decided to focus more on my mental health. I eat healthy and i am now incorporating more exercise in my life by going running on the beach at least 3 x a week 🙂

    Blessings

    Dear Alexandra:

I didn’t suggest that this man, a homeopath practitioner, is in it only for the money. He is in it also for the money. How do I know it? Well, he does charge money for his services, if not for an appointment then for the supplements to be purchased as a result.

And of course, all I suggest is for your consideration. I do not expect… obedience, far from it. I am very, very humble as to what affect or effect I have on others.

When he said that your energy cells are low, as a result of his examination using a quantum machine, during the first appointment with you- having some formal education in biology, a bachelor degree, I am familiar with mitochondria being the organelles in our living cells where energy is produced from glucose and stored in ATP molecules for our use. I don’t think he can detect the productivity of these microscopic organelles, the mitochondria during a short visit.

But then, I am not following the latest technology or the latest in science.

    Dear Anita

Wow i am learning more and more about you as the days go by, thats amazing 🙂

Well yes apparently this machine detects everything, whether everything rings true or not i dont know. I have done a little research on it and it seems pretty spot on, but theres a lot of shite on the internet lol.

I have taken everything you have said in consideration actually, i will not buy any of the supplements UNLESS i have a deficiency in Vitamin D as i am having blood tests tomorrow. I am already taking Zinc, magnesium, calcium from when i was training hard and i am also taking probiotics as i have a sensitive belly.

You are right though, whatever supplements he asks me to buy, i wont buy them on the day but i will go home and research each one and see.

So i thank you very much 🙂

    Blessings

    Dear Alexandra:

A pleasure to get to know you!

I like your research-first resolution. Incorporating the blood testing results you will get into your future decision regarding what supplement to buy from him, if any, is probably a very good idea. Not making a decision on the spot, when… under the influence of a person’s charm and expressed empathy (sincere or not) is also an excellent idea.

Let me know what happens next, will you?

    Dear Anita,

I have missed talking to you 🙂

So i had my appointment with the homeopath. He prescribed me Omega 3, Magnesium, L- Theanine and 5- Htp and Vitamin D.

I went to the pharmacist and got everything apart from L-theanine and the 5-htp as they were so expensive, From what i have read these are basically a pick me up. I chose not to get them partly because of the cost and also i have started to go running every night, yoga at home, reading and i am feeling somewhat better within myself.

He also gave me what to eat and what not to eat. I was initially excited about this, but its a nutrition plan from hell i cannot see anyone being able to eat this way lol. He said its a detox for 3 months, the main thing that is cut out is sugar and salt, and i am doing my very best.

Since you are a biologist; I took 1 Vitamin D pill of 1000 iu and within 4-5 hours i felt happier and full of energy, is this the Vitamin D or a placebo effect? Even though i wasn’t thinking about it ?

    Blessings

    Dear Alexandra:

You made a few thoughtful choices, thinking before purchasing, that is a good thing. I don’t think I qualify as “a biologist” but to answer your question: I don’t know. The placebo affect is real though, very real. When you have faith in something, you automatically and naturally relax and open to feeling better. As a matter of fact, I am careful to not rain on anyone’s parade of believing something will be helpful. The placebo affect is often good enough.

If something is not too expensive, I suppose, or harmful, why not.

Reducing sugar and salt is a good thing for anyone overdoing these two things. I don’t know if it is necessary to do an extreme diet for the purpose of reducing these things. What is his proposed three month detox diet?
