For all of you out there like me that needs to practice or learn Self Love
Making yourself a priority instead of what we think we must do Work Earn Money Pay Bills Help Friends & Family only to get to the end of the week and you forgot to do something for yourself better yet I always feel like I’m not important enough to do things for myself like instead of going to the gym I would cancel and meet a friend that needs to talk maybe its just an excuse but Im sure you all know what I am talking about.Where I need your help I guess I want to start a blog to share my day to day self love practices so I am accountable to practice each day and to reflect the more authentic me than the person that is most likely telling you what I think you want to hear or being too blunt and telling you how it is!! I guess where this comes from is Im searching for purpose Im searching for love Im sick of shutting myself off to the world while I mellow in my own self doubt how can one be a prisoner in her own home for no real reason except that Im thinking to much ??? Im thinking Im not doing enough or Im doing too much or Im not doing what I should be doing although I do not know what I should be doing alot of questions not enough answers
Does anyone feel the same? Does someone want to join me to make life that little bit bearable

I come on here every now and then but at times I can’t log in with my phone due to travel abroad for work ect. Just make sure your blog doesn’t become a drudgery or burden. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is step away from the computer! I’m just saying this because I have a blog! LOL
Maybe have it be on WAYS for people to practice Self Love. Put it in categories like Baking, Travel, Body Care, Meditation, etc. This way it’s more than just another thing on your To Do list and it’s more inspired!
And yes, I also suffer from “I’m too much and not enough” mentality!!
