    Dear Harshita:

Welcome back. How about psychotherapy? Maybe in quality psychotherapy you can shine the light on places where you can find the answer to “How to let it go?”-

    – sometimes a cookie-cutter answer (a one answer fits all), such as “meet new people do new things” is not enough because we need an answer that fits us as individuals, taking into consideration our individual experience of childhood and on.

    What do you think?

    Hello Anita,

Thank you for your response. Can you please suggest any platform for psychotherapy?

    Thanks

    Dear Harshita:

You are welcome. Can you explain to me what you mean by the word “platform” in your question: “can you please suggest any platform for psychotherapy?”

Also, did you ever attend psychotherapy and if you did, what was that experience for you?

    Hello Anita,

No. I haven’t attended any psychotherapy. To be honest, I have heard the term first time from yourself.

    Thanks

    Dear Harshita:

No, I never used the words “platform therapy”. I used words like competent therapy and quality therapy. I also shared about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which I attended myself. I shared about Mindfulness as a solid part of modern psychotherapy.

What kinds of psychotherapies are available and accessible to you where you live?
