Your piece is light, breezy — great style, like a haiku. And it has a lot of substance from ‘back in the day.’ But just as it’s getting instructive at the end, you bring the curtain down. How about sharing your journey from a drug-assisted journey thru innerspace to a more sober exploration.

I received a couple questions on my website, leading me to the same conclusion. Will do.

    Thank you for the feedback!

My blog contains a couple of articles about marijuana and spirituality. Here is the link to an article you may find interesting…

Drugs may at first bring one’s mind to see the possibility of change or different level of consciousness. However, prolonged use deters one’s awareness from continuing to grow. One becomes dependent upon the effects of the drugs. Many who use drugs to find their spirituality often lose it after prolonged use of the drug. The drug provides calm and laziness. While spirituality is a personal struggle with oneself to find ones true nature. Of course, only my opinion.

According to me, there is no right or wrong answer when it comes to drugs and spirituality.
Many people believe that using drugs can help unlock parts of our unconscious that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to access.
On the other hand, some people believe that drug use can lead to a spiritual emptiness or detachment from reality.
It’s ultimately up to the individual to decide what works best for them.
