Every day of my life I’ve witnessed Breaking News.

And all of it has ever been positive since I was old enough to read it.

Yet, even as I write this *Breaking News* is spreading throughout the media world, and it matters not if you stay away from online  newspapers and all social websites where it spreads like wild fire, you only have to walk down the road and someone will say, ‘ooh have you heard about so and so, we’re all doomed, this is going to get serious and we’re all going to die’

So, you can’t get away from it, unless you move to an uninhabited island miles away from everybody and self survive.

And what does this news do, for starters it gives you a sense of fear, or dread, sadness or loses ones sense of hope, anything good which might of happened previous in the day has now been forgotten…

Personally I ignore all of it, there is nothing I can do about any of it so I choose to opt out.

I’ll change the subject if somebody is hell bent on telling me some *Breaking News* Say something like, ‘can’t stop, I’ve got a hospital appointment and they’re going to surgically remove my head and attach it to the body of an Orangutan’

That gives them some more *Breaking News* to tell the next person right?

Even if it’s something like, ‘stay away from him, he’s a sandwich short of a picnic’

But it suits me if they don’t stop me again with some *Breaking News’

If you let things in, you’ll have no choice but to let it affect you, there’s no need to be rude, but the only one that can protect yourself is you!

Here is some more *Breaking News*

Enjoy the rest of your day!

    Hi OnlQQker

I’m glad that you take care of yourself and don’t pay attention to the news since you find it harmful. Everyone has to do what is right for them.

Personally, I don’t mind looking at the news. I prefer to read about it. At first, it was upsetting to me, but I wanted to understand what was going on in the world and my country. In time, I became desensitized to it. I think reading the news helps me to make important decisions about budgetting and work as I can prepare for what is going to happen in future.

I don’t really follow everything, just the stories important to me. Regarding recession, energy bills, food costs, covid. Which industries are failing. Which countries are at war or threatening war. Understand which exports those countries provide. Proposed political changes in my country.

Wishing you all the best! 🙏
