    Consider this: your heart was broken when your last boyfriend disappeared from your life. You are afraid that your heart will be broken if your current boyfriend will leave you, but it is already broken. The pain you are afraid to feel in the future, you’ve been feeling ever since the breakup before.

    This means that you are not in danger, that you were in danger (the other guy left you without stating a reason) and you survived that danger. Now you can survive this guy leaving you, if that happens.

    dear Mark,

    thank you so much for ur time .

    i checked ur recommended article from GOOgle .i learned alot from that .thank you so much for that .

    my question here arise that my bf did a mistake to snoop through my emails and he is really sorry for that .

    shouldnt  he now  be trusted that it ll never happen again ?

    or should i walk away because he did that mistake once?

    Princess123,

    Only you can decide what to do.

    Whenever someone breaks my trust,  s/he needs to do more than just to speak words of being sorry.  It will take and actions to prove their trustworthiness again.

    Has he done anything else that has broken your trust?
