This is a very large problem for me. At times, it will actually paralyze me from taking any action. I have spoken with doctors concerning this and they believe it is just anxiety of the unknown; however, they have no guidance, other then drugs (will not take), on how to reduce or eliminate the overthinking. It truly gets me depressed!
