Eventually, you’ve to face your monsters. They will crawl their way back to your lives if you don’t tackle them head on. That’s why we need to take the leap and let these complex emotions into our lives. Isn’t human life meant to explore the wide spectrum of emotions? That’s the only unique differentiating aspect of our lives vs. other organisms. Once you’ve seen the troughs, you’ll have prepared yourself for the crests.
