Hmm. Not sure about this one.. Isn’t unconditional love best towards only some people – such as infants and children? – Unconditional means the other person a can do or say absolutely anything and we’d still love them. – yet the meme above says don’t put the keys to your happiness in anyone else’s pocket. – I guess different memes for different circumstances..? But maybe no meme is a blanket statement, all-time-rule for all…?
I personally think you can love someone unconditionally without depending on them for your happiness. But I think you’re right. Quotes aren’t rules – merely ideas to consider that may or may feel right to you!
