I agree Lori! Words mostly can’t do justice to communicate your emotions and feelings. That’s why when you’re angry, you often end up saying something you ‘don’t mean.’ And regret it later. But your actions dictate the kind of feeling you carry. With a change in behaviour (which I would say is like a daily set of actions), you can convey your emotions, thoughts and feelings profoundly.
