Always Trust Your First Gut Instincts

I always believed this, and after I found out my boyfriend cheated on me thanks to gut instincts, i now have a hard time deciphering the difference between gut instinct and paranoia. I’m in a relationship with a great guy right now, and he’s an amazing man. But I find it so hard to trust now that my default instinct is to worry that I will get fooled again. 🙁
