Last year, a representative from More Than Sound reached out to me to share the publishing company’s new mindful driving CD, Awake at the Wheel.

As someone who frequently deals with Los Angeles traffic, I especially appreciated the opportunity to hear and share a CD focused on making the roads more peaceful.

Recently, More Than Sound connected with me again to introduce their latest offering, a CD by emotional intelligence expert Daniel Goleman titled Relax: 6 Techniques to Lower Your Stress.

About Relax: 6 Techniques to Lower Your Stress

I would love to win a copy of this. I manage a 911 center and one of the topics we are reviewing is stress management. tinybuddha has really helped me over the past few months. Many of them look forward to my fb posts because it’s helping them too. I’m sure this relaxing cd played during training would help them too.

I bought the Art of Meditation by Daniel Goleman many years ago in tape cassette format. Have lost count of the number of times I’ve listened to the guided relaxation. It was so helpful when I was suffering from stress/agoraphobia, and I still listen to it. Would love this new CD.
