Hi friends! Today, I’m running a giveaway for my new Inner Strength Journal.
I created this journal because I know life isn’t easy for any of us.
Maybe you’re in a dark place right now, perhaps healing from trauma, illness, addiction, or loss. Or maybe things have always been hard for you, and you don’t know much longer you can go on.
Whatever you’re going through, you have the capacity to not only get past it but also grow through it and even find something good in it.
Tiny Buddha’s Inner Strength Journal can help you do just that.
Including writing and doodle prompts, challenges, and colorable quote pages, the journal will help you create your own personal roadmap to resilience so you can change what you can and make the best of the rest.
How to Enter the Giveaway
To enter to win one of three free copies, leave a comment sharing a quote, mantra, reminder, or word that helps you when times get tough.
You can enter until midnight PST on Monday, October 17th.

“This little book was surprising for me but totally what I needed at this moment. For me this one is more like a journey than a book, and in these trying times, I think it’s exactly what we need to center ourselves and build inner strength in ourselves and project it to the world.” ~Joselyn Moreno
“Tiny Buddha’s Inner Strength Journal by Lori Deschene is the companion you will want as you weather the personal struggles of the day to day.” ~Andrea Pole
“This may be my favorite journal I’ve picked up. All the prompts really made me pause and think before I answered them. I also loved that each section started with a lovely quote.” ~Joni Owens
“As someone that loves to journal, I have found this journal to be very insightful and helpful. Beautifully written HIGHLY RECOMMEND.” ~Michelle Wightman

Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
When I notice that I am getting pulled into drama or dealing with a tough situation I try to remember to ask myself…:Is this worth my peace?”. Sometimes the answer is yes, but usually the answer is no!
Thanks Lori for helping me on my journey. Your books and wise words have helped me tremendously on my path to self evolution.

If you feel like giving up, imagine yourself as a 6-7 year old. That child needs someone to be there for him and you’re the only one around to help. Then it becomes easier.
My anchor which grounds me: “I am inspired by others, proud of my uniqueness, and grateful for the strengths I gained from challenges”
Thank you for the giveaway opportunity. Hard times in life come and go and sadly, my family is facing difficulties once again. Mantras that have helped me over the years are resurfacing, thankfully. The old cliche of ‘This too shall pass.’ is succinct and effective. I also find lyrics from a favorite song, ‘We are eternal, all this pain is an illusion.’ is profoundly helpful. Interested in hearing others’ mantras.

My mantra since before covid and has only gotten more daily use: My Higher Power did not bring me this far to drop me now.
It’s better to light a candle than to curse the darkness. …this is a verse I always use and tell others my son actually has it tattooed on his arm ..and everyday I light a candle or two or three.
Breathe…
Life is like a river, the banks of the river may change, but the river flows through them and onward to their final destination.
And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye. – The little prince
Don’t pray for an easy life. Pay for the strength to endure a difficult one.
–Bruce Lee
This too shall pass. Everything is temporary.
My mantra is “The best project you will will ever work on is yourself.”
No matter the type of day that you’re having, good or bad, just know that you are your top investment. Do what you have to do for you.
You are worth it!
I struggle with people not giving me credit. There is so much potential in all of us, and even though the people around us don’t see it or refuse to give us a chance, deep down we need to know our worth. God knows we can do great things, and that keeps my heart full and focused on giving my all. Some day’s are tough though, so I need to remind myself now and then.

Hard times may have held you down, but they will not last forever. When all is said and done, you will be increased. Joel Osteen
When I feel like things are too tough and I feel like I can’t go on, I just have to remember that I have been through harder things than this many times in my life before and I made it through and survived and I know whatever it is ” I GOT THIS”.
Look at the difficulty with big Curiosity and face it as it is, and always be kind to yourself, making yourself small in words, won’t help, and know that inside you have the power and knowledge to handle evey situation. Allow to sit with it. Everything will pass.
