This is an awesome video and message. I’m going to share it with my son (age 12). Really good to hear for myself personally and as a parent. I have been trying to revision the “Fs” he sometimes brings home as opportunities for learning, rather than disappointments or lack of achievement. Thanks so much for sharing!
