I think you already know this one – its obvious you like him more than you want to but at the same time are aware of a reality staring at you – he just might not be that into you. Its a work friendship – dont read too deeply into it. When a man is interested in you, he will pick up the balls to ask you. In this case, i really cant read any special indications from him beyond the fact that he finds you a good companion at work.
