    Dear Andrew:

I live in the U.S., but I wasn’t born here. Tell me about the times you were “such a happy soul”, will you?

The US is my dream country wish I grew up there. Well after I lost my dad I was struggling but I was still positive and happy. I guess losing my mum and house and having an emotional abusive sister that won’t leave me alone just really shattered me. I don’t feel like I’m the same person anymore. It’s scary that pretty much everything has been taken away from me. At such a young age

    Dear Andrew:

The US has been a dream country for a lot of people. Unfortunately, it is becoming less dreamy than it used to be. I hope things improve here, and everywhere else in the world. I don’t think that you shared in what ways, your sister has been abusive to you. You don’t have to share of course, I just wonder.

Which part of the US are you from? my dream one day is to go to New York. I guess I’m still a happy soul but I just live my life through fear and worry because of everything that has happened to me. I never use to have so much fear and worry Is what I mean. I just really hope therapy helps I feel like it’s my only hope.

    Dear Andrew:

I hope too that therapy helps you a lot. Therapy helped me and a whole lot of other people!

It almost always helps me to feel better when I put my feelings into words. Writing/ typing also helps me to think better. This is why I suggested that you express yourself here, on your thread, in a journaling kind of a way. But I didn’t mean that I want to have an ongoing back and forth chit-chat conversation with you (or with any member), you know, just so to kill boredom. So, anytime you want to journal here, if you do- you are welcome to do so.
