I have recently moved out of 1 stressful landlord situation to another beyond stressful landlord situation. I have been completely overwhelemed beyond belief for the past 2 months straight. I currently do not meditate, but I try to say my affirmations and blessings in the mornings (although I am not consistent). I was wondering if anyone knew any prayers or affirmations I can say to help with my strength and overall well-being. I am also willing to meditate but I am not sure where to start. My stress is starting to impact my job and my relationship with my boyfriend. In the past few weeks, I have really tried to focus on letting go of expectations and control, but I still find myself absolutely drained from the events that have transpired in the last 2 months. I do not feel like myself, and I know I need to regain focus.Please help.
