I had done Yoga and meditation before, but I have noticed that eventually I get to busy and I stop mediating. What do you do to be so discipline with your routine about yoga and meditation?
I have heard that meditation can, “Less bothered by little things”, and “Knowledge of Self”. I am a beginner and I really don’t know how to meditate, could you tell me an easy way to meditate and have these effects of knowledge of self, etc? Thanks
