    Things I am grateful for today:

    1. One hour early morning Yoga class and 15 minutes running as a good start of my week

    2. Delicious and healthy lunch with friends

    3. Writing on my dissertation’s pilot study

    Today I am grateful for:

    1. That the community park is just a walk away, and I can go there anytime I want.

    2. Having internet access, which allows me to a wealth of resources like tinybuddha to better my emotional and spiritual well-being.

    3. Having the free time to sit for half an hour in the park and do absolutely nothing but stare at everything that is happening around e.

    Today, I’m grateful for the luxury of being able to meditate – the fact that I have enough time in my day, a space where I feel comfortable, and the desire just to sit in stillness, connect with my breath, and watch my thoughts go by.

    1. All the amazing articles I’ve had the privilege of reading on this website (it has really changed the way I think!)
    2. The amazing and inspirational people I’ve had the chance of meeting so far in my life
