    Dear Amelia:

I don’t think you can change this “Toxic work situation” because you are not in a superior position to the others, able to arrange for department meetings, let’s say, bring up problems and manage solutions being discussed. There are people involved in this problematic situation that you have no control over.

I suggest you accept the situation best you can, not expecting it to change.  The warmth and cooperation that you want, find it in personal relationships where you have, or should  have, equal control, or power as the other  person or persons involved.

Just do your work and expect the problems you already faced to continue without resolution… (unless you become a manager of sorts, a superior).

Dear Anita, thank you so much for your response. Maybe I expect too much with this job. I know I could not do much, because I am new person, but I feel really tired mentally because of this situation.

    Dear Amelia:

It may be a good idea for you to leave this job, but before you do try to accept what you cannot change, this  acceptance, if  you manage it, will reduce t he resistance, the  friction that you experience  daily at the job, and that friction I s what is tiring you so much, the resisting of it.

See  if accepting  the way things  are while  maintaining some rules (to not  be abused, for  one) makes the work situation  less unpleasant and  focus on what is pleasant  about it.
