What I would do is move slowly, mindfully. Everything you do, take your time doing it, pay attention, be present. Increase Mindfulness (lots of articles on Mindfulness under BLOG on the Home Page) and your fear of vertigo will decrease, I think.

Thanks for the advice. I actually downloded an app that helps you meditate and the focus is mindfulness so it seems to be helping.
