Just here to share: I had a horrible weekend filled with tension headaches and twice I felt vertigo. The tension headaches are gone which is good now I just feel on edge because of fear of feeling the vertigo. I am usually on my own so being on my own coping with vertigo and this awful feeling is not so great. How do you guys cope with this to be more relaxed even when you don’t know if it will hit or not?
What I would do is move slowly, mindfully. Everything you do, take your time doing it, pay attention, be present. Increase Mindfulness (lots of articles on Mindfulness under BLOG on the Home Page) and your fear of vertigo will decrease, I think.
