    Hi all

    I just came out of a relationship. I have started smoking again. I have noticed I tend to reach for cigarettes when I am sad. I need to stop this!

    What else can i do to preoccupy myself for 7 minutes when im feeling low?

    Any ideas?

    Go for a walk – even for a few minutes !

    Chewing gum helps – as does Nicorette !!

    Worst case try e-cigs.
