    Dear Tony Moody:

Thank you for sharing your beautiful poem. I hope more members read it and benefit from your talent and insight. My favorite three lines are: “Visualize yourself as a child * bring the energy back, run wild * Curiosity anchored in a field of flowers”.

    Dear Tony Moody:

You are welcome. I read the poem you posted in your second thread but I prefer to acknowledge and respond to it here, in your first thread (same in regard to any future thread that you may start). Please let me know if you prefer that I do not respond to your poems the way I do. I hope that other members will reply to you on your second and future threads.

Here is what I want to take with me from your first and second poems:

“Visualize yourself as a child, bring the energy back, run wild, curiosity anchored in a field of flowers… Your moment is in the now, each day breathes renewal of hope, do you dare to dream, develop and grow?”- this is inspirational.

“Language lives in our head, we take it to bed, it either helps us, destroys us”- this is an excellent reminder that what we think, what we quietly say to ourselves, is very powerful: it can help us, and it can destroy us.

    Namaste Anita

Thank-you for your valued observations, as new insights, re-exploring and readjusting focus helps me to dive back in2 the ‘ashanti’ river of calm reflection. I tried to put the poem in2 a simple uncomplicated quick format so that people or beings might be able 2 understand without reading the books, and that those who have put in the time, gone to the retreats, read the books can easily relate to 2. I wanted to relay teachings and make them fun 4 every1 πŸ˜€

The other thread I was trying to practice threads as my computer skills need development lol I looked for deleting the art thread I made, but there was none. I wasn’t even able 2 edit it lol I figured, meant 2 be 4 now πŸ™‚ If someone could delete it I’d be grateful πŸ™‚ Apologies

Yes language is a rhythm energy of inspiration. Do you have more insights? Or suggestions for another poem?

Thank-you Anita 4 your kindness in responding.

    πŸ˜€ Tony πŸ˜€

    Dear Tony:

You are welcome. You asked me if I have more insights or suggestions for another poem:

    (1) I think that you have the skill to present information in a “simple uncomplicated quick format”, and the talent to use language as “a rhythm energy of inspiration”.

    (2) In regard to your other poem, it starts with: “Shine your loving light on all beings * Share your essence * Your compassion * See what happens… Remember, you are emanating light”- I believe that all of us start as loving young children who naturally shared our essence and compassion with our parents/ the adults who took care of us. And.. all of us adults saw what happened when we did that: for many of us, our love, essence and compassion was met with rejection and mistreatment. And so, many are hiding their essence, and worse, many are not emanating light, but darkness.

How do you inspire these people to reconnect to their essence, love and compassion?

    Hey ya Anita πŸ™‚

Your critical thinking and articulation is insightfully mesmerizing. I’ve read some of your other posts and just went Wow!

I believe whether we want to or not, we shine our light, but yes the light can dim, flicker and turn off and on. If we are alive, we have presence of light. Coming from a background to which you mentioned I’ve learnt much with my/human struggles. For not to love the monsters we in a sense may become a monster whether that be a monster of sadness, a monster of violence or a monster of misery etc I had 2 want to transform/heal/2 get better. Do I live in the river of misery or re-stitch my tapestry journey to want to get better, 2 heal and transform? 2 4give. 2 focus. 2 make the journey a communal higher power 2. I’d love 2 inspire beings through my poetry 2 want to transform but ultimately it’s up to the being. I’ve just started writing again. If my light helps the chosen, even one, then that is bliss. Until then…

    In love and kindness

    Tony

    Dear Tony:

Thank you for your kind words. Talking about words, you definitely have a way with words, worth repeating: “whether we want to or not, we shine our light, but yes the light can dim, flicker and turn off and on… Do I live in the river of misery or re-stitch my tapestry journey to want to get better, to heal and transform.. I’d love to inspire beings through my poetry to want to transform, but ultimately it’s up to the being”- Wow! back to you, Tony!
