Perfectionism. It is something that most of us have but sometimes when we look at others, it seems as though we are the only ones that have it. I have difficulty dealing with this, not as much as I used to. Several months ago, it used to paralyze me to the point where I wouldn’t even dare go near the thing that I wanted to do because I was too scared to do it because I might not be perfect. Thankfully, after right thinking, taking baby steps, and doing some good reading, I realized that there truly is no such thing as perfection. Even if we think we are “perfect” the truth is, there is so much more we can do and be. My difficulty with this has certainly reduced significantly, but occasionally it still comes back. What are your ways of dealing with perfectionism? I would love to hear them.

At the end of the day even if the goal hasn’t been reached and I went to the end I see my work as job perfectly done because I could and I did everything in my ability.
Perfect life , perfect partner, perfect friend ,perfect love .. sound like a dream but it could be everyone’s reality only if we will allow ourselves to do good, think good, be good. My life is perfect and I have everything I’ve ever wanted. I am healthy, I’ve got more money than I could ever spend, I’m Love and my love affects everyone I meet ..every animal , every human , every living thing.
Someone showed me the love in the way I would never expect. Through the darkest days, weeks, months.. I am happy , and all I can say is Thank you.LOVE is perfect and it’s REAL and POWERFUL and MAGICAL and ONE from ONE SOURCE
LIFE is PERFECT.

My way of dealing with imperfect results is to focus on the process, to pay attention to the journey instead of the destination. When I engage in a task, I pay attention to what I am doing, not having in my mind the image of the desired result and then comparing what is in front of me to that desired result. Not looking at the future image of the result, the destination, best I can.

I know a lot of times that sometimes when we think something is not perfect, it is usually a process that will help us get to where we want to be in life. Perfection is created out of imperfection. I am looking back at my life right now and seeing all the imperfect things that I have done and all the mistakes that I have made, and because I kept going and honestly seeking help and guidance from others, and trying my best to stay positive even when i didn’t feel positive at all, in the end my life has basically become almost perfect. although I know that there is still more to do and more to accomplish, the foundation of my life has been built. I am very happy where I am right now.

In my case perfect radiation came after breaking my soul to tiny little pieces like never before and rebuilding it on a solid foundation of pure love and gratitude. I’ve started to see what others seen in me -Joy and positive attitude. . But if only they could see what was underneath it. . Unwillingness to Be. That’s how hard it was. There was nothing .. emptiness, darkness. Shithole. HonestlyBut this is where I was and the greatest achievement of all is My Life and the point at where I AM NOW.
Life’s full of surprises. . XxxAugust 19, 2016 at 7:40 pm #112882AnonymousGuestYou are welcome, Rohail Bukhari. So glad you built a good foundation for your life!
