Hey peoples! New to this forum here. I have a question regarding any pains that is associated with fitness. Is there any information that you would know how to deal with pain even when it gets extreme when you’re really pushing yourself in workouts? It could be anything from taking impacts such as punches and kicks when your doing martial arts. I don’t really have much knowledge but to not think about the pain when it happens and I see shaolin monks practice their chi’s to handle such punishments.
