    Giving up anything and everything back to him, which includes your mind, experiences, body, expectations, whatever makes you you.

    Completely giving up anything and everything, any single idea, expectations, experiences, insights, mind chattering etc…

    When you do that, it is not gonna be proving anything, but clearly seeing that body is one with universe.

    Therefore, separation is impossible, which is the reason of Love.

    Love is the reflection of God, trough the body.

    What excellent timing. What you wrote reminds me of this video I watched by Carl Jung Teaches on YouTube. He was talking about God being part of us and a lot of us ignore it.

    I had a really nice experience after the video where I felt a lot of love for myself arise. It felt effortless, the way I feel for my son. I’ve never had that happen before. ❤️

    I got a nice herbal medicine tea which settled my nervous system. It was nice how empty my mind was without the overstimulation. Relaxing. It occurred to me that the worrying itself is an expression of nervous system activity. And if I keep up these overthinking habits it will likely add to the overstimulation.

    Hi James!

    I love all of your posts so far. I’m a muslim and and love Sufi teachings, which is basically all about love. My question is how is it possible to live by giving up anything honestly while I’m at work? When I am in Tafakkur I can experience that. But when I am at work, I tend to lose that state. I would love to hear your journey of giving up. Thank you!

    My background is Muslim too.

    While you are at work, just be Conscious to any thoughts that are related to i.

    Slow by slow, recognition will happen that gossip, lie, taking advantage, trying to prove yourself etc… will be so visible. And that doesn’t mean that not work, you work as you do before yet, not to claim anything.

    Most likely, if you these above, ego or survival instinct will hit, what if I lose my job, what if I don’t make enough money or get an promotion etc… , you have to give up all.

    Just deeply know that how hard you try, if God doesn’t let you, it is not going to happen.
