i have been obsessed with validation already a long time and im ashamed of it so i hide myself and i don’t want to go out anymore. i sent a post earlier, about my lost purpose, which would be kinda easy to fix if this is fixed. i really wonder sometimes if it’s this obsession which is really confusing me, or if actually i am selfish and i don’t care about the people i used to love. so any tips or advice or something i need to know? if you wanna share it i’d like to hear.
