    Hello Elements, that looks interesting. Have you spent any time yourself doing those things. Meditation? Mindfulness?

    Hi Tommy, Yes I have spent several years now practicing mindfulness and doing CBT work for anxiety and depression. As to meditation, I try to practice for a minimum of 20 minutes daily but on days where life is a little too hectic I’ve learnt to turn boring chores into what I call ”mindful restores” where I simply live in the moment and focus on the task at hand. Thanks for reaching out and connecting with me! Love the energy and positivity of  this community.

    Yeah, my practice has been on and off over for almost 45 years. I am 62. When life is good, my practice slackens. And, there is a huge break. When I get to the point life wants me to return to practice, I take it up and the return is much harder each time. Like the mind learns to fight back. Still, I keep trying. “Mindful restores” is a nice term. I think of it as when sitting at the bus stop or on the bus or waiting in the emergency room, there is the moment to use to refocus the mind. No time wasted. Thanks for replying. It is a nice community here.

    Amazing! I think that we all tend to slack a little when life is good. To me it seems you are very good at embracing the flow of life and just living in the ”now”. Be proud! Thanks for welcoming me to the community, really enjoying it so far. ☮️💟
