    When you were at your last job, May I think, you wrote: “I really hate my job..a lot of people are unhappy but showing ‘happy’ face which are totally fake. Some of them are working the minimum but trying to show how hardworking they are in front of the boss. I am very tired and wanna leave asap”

    Interesting that now your colleagues are not showing happy faces, are really stressed out and showing it (” I see some colleagues are stressed out. But some also tries to remain neutral and just do the job).

    Maybe you can find some support in associating with your co workers, helping each other through the emotional hardship of the job?

    Congratulations for waiting till the end of June doing your old job, so to get bonuses. Are you now considering moving closer to your new job but wondering if you should move closer or quit?

    Hi Anita,
    Thanks for your feedback! You are still remembering me, yeah I waited until June and got my bonuses, finally! I don’t want to quit my job or move closer because I really like the benefits that I get now, and my current house is good. In fact, I think some people only are stressed, but some people are neutral, so I think I should focus and surround myself with neutral people that happy with their job.

    Yes, I have been thinking about that. I should help each other throughout the job. In fact, the more I do the more I understand how is the business doing and learn a lot. I guess everything is difficult because I am still adapting before I master it and everything become easy.

    I am questioning in TinyBuddha because I was confused just now, and wondering about my career. As I am still young, there are many options that come to my mind. But maybe I should just walk on it, for every decision I have, and believe for the best.

    Just wondering if anyone have the same experience maybe they can share.

    Dear Doremi:

    I hope others who have or had similar experiences will share here. I understand there is a level of distress in a new job until you learn what you need to learn and get used to it. Will be looking forward to others’ replies and do post again with anything at all that comes to your mind.
