Did you hear about the overweight Aussie who came on to Tiny Buddha forum, starting an avalanche of self-obsessed threads?
Apparently he finds himself fascinating and can’t understand why others don’t find him just as fascinating.December 22, 2015 at 8:15 pm #90347jockParticipantMy cup runneth over with threads, this morning. Compare it to an artistic surge or mania! 🙂
December 22, 2015 at 8:20 pm #90352AnonymousGuestI love all these threads! Can’t have enough of them! An artistic surge, a Jack Mania, AN avalanche, like it, more, more I say.
anitaDecember 22, 2015 at 8:23 pm #90355jockParticipantI should take up sewing, since I love starting threads so much.
December 22, 2015 at 8:27 pm #90358AnonymousGuestI just laughed for the first time today (and it is almost bedtime) Thank you- it was unexpected, the laughter, hmm. Sewing…
December 22, 2015 at 8:29 pm #90361jockParticipantI’ve worn you out with my threading tonight/today, haven’t I.
I’m due to come down off this high tomorrow so will go back into my shell.
sweet dreams!December 22, 2015 at 8:31 pm #90362AnonymousGuestYou are right, 8:30, almost bed time. I had such a huge dinner because there were guests here, I may want to wait before going to bed. Chile and corn bread, and a bit of cheese. But lots of chili, no beans though.
anitaDecember 22, 2015 at 8:36 pm #90368jockParticipantaw chilli, not a big fan of chilli these days, prefer medium curries, for example.
December 22, 2015 at 8:45 pm #90374AnonymousGuestLove curries with Nan. I do eat too much though, walking at least six miles per day does not burn enough. Love burgers with feta cheese, did you try that- they go well together. Melted feta cheese and beef burgers.
December 22, 2015 at 8:49 pm #90378jockParticipantI love fetta. But what I really love recently is Margarita Pizza. We go to this restaurant near the beach and they serve them. With a tall glass of beer, they are exceptional!
December 22, 2015 at 8:54 pm #90382AnonymousGuestFirst pizza I ever had was margarita pizza, in Israel, It was divine. I remember a few firsts, things not local in Israel when I lived there, before the modernization that happened after I left there: the first peanut butter, Jiffy type. I couldn’t stop eating it, that first jar I came across, I was nineteen. I remember the first pancake, same age (I lived in tel aviv, the big city at nineteen)- the first maple syrup (artificial) that I soaked the first pancakes in, heavenly. I remember the first Chinese restaurant, about the same age.

TB is deadly quiet again.
It’s enough to test the patience of Jobe, or is that Jehovah?
It’s enough to test the patience of Jack sounds better.
Some threads live such short lives. Dying in their prime. How sad! When they could live such a long, fulfilled life. This forum suits me because I talk to myself a lot anyway. 🙂
December 23, 2015 at 1:18 pm #90416jockParticipantReminds me of a teacher I had in the 4th grade. To get us quiet he would sit down in his chair and wait for us to gradually stop making noise. Then he would say “I want you to listen. Can you hear this pin drop?” Of course we all believed that a pin could make any noise when hitting the timber floor. And that he actually had a pin in his hand. I couldn’t see from the back.
So, can you hear a pin drop? 🙂December 23, 2015 at 1:39 pm #90422AnonymousGuestDear Jack:
It will be 6 am your time, you are up early this pre Christmas day. Too hot already in the day? I wonder. A bit of snow here but the mountains around have lots of snow hanging from the trees, that is cool. A mild winter though.

Power breakfast including whey and a nutraninjamasterblasta juice, then I’m ready to sit down check my emails, and see what’s cooking on Tiny Buddha.
