How are you going Holly? I practise this often, but have terrible willpower to stick with it. Day 3 for me again now… I also eat keto to assist in the IF. I have heard the weight loss and overall improvements in health are a huge positive for IF. I am hoping to lose about 25kg.
It’s great if you have the willpower. Been IFing since June with great results. I’m shocked that I have the mental and physical fortitude to work out while fasting. It sure Makes that first meal of the day feel like a reqard
