I’ve recently started to practice intermittent fasting after reading up quite a lot on the weight loss and general health benefits.

I’m on day 2 and feel pretty good and surprisingly energetic.
I have only read good things about this lifestyle and am wondering if anyone here practices or has practiced intermittent fasting and could share any advice and/or experiences with me?
