    I like that and I am thinking you may be thinking (?) about your ex girlfriend hearing these lines?

    I hope the time you take off your busy work schedule, during the holidays, will be more healing time for you, a time where you are further committed to living in the light.

    More thoughts about the song:

    To love, to thrive, not to pretend everything is fine, we must stay in the light, that is SEE what is there to see and in a loving relationship, communicate about what we see, inside and outside. “Everything is changing” and we must keep seeing those changes. Being STUCK in what was and is no more, is living in the dark.

    When people ask: to stay in a relationship or to leave? The answer is: be where the light is, where you can SEE, where no one is turning the light off on you.

    Breakup songs are hilarious in western society. Why? Because most of all breakup songs come in 2 categories. It’s either guys singing how “you’re the one”, “I can’t live without you”, “you’re my everything” or women singing “I can do better”, “I’ll survive”, “You were no good anyway.” and etc. Clearly a difference in tone. Men idolize women. Women idolize themselves lol. Having said this, after listening just a couple of Adele’s songs on the radio, I do have to say that they are unique in that they show what actually transpires when 2 people breakup.

    Kudos to her.

    Hi everyone! Hope you are a well. I posted the lyrics of the Adele song to see what your opinions were. It wasn’t meant to offend anyone, sorry if it did but that was definitely not my intention. Anita, I’m sorry but what you said is not true about how you think I’m feeling. The lyrics are fitting of what I went through with my ex but it’s not what you think. Anyway, since you mentioned my ex, I saw her sister earlier this evening while shopping at Whole Foods with my mom. Not a big deal as I am used to her family now. Been busy working out, catching up on sleep and getting ready for thanksgiving.

    I send everyone a bunch of love & light. Thank you all for your input in regards to Adele’s song on her new album. There are a few on her album that I like so far. Water under the bridge and Love in the dark are my favorites so far… 🙂
