Hi Emma: I used to do a lot of yoga every da. All I currently do as far as yoga is a few stretches aka asanas: warrior 1, warrior 2, chest openers- my favorite (it makes me feel courageous, as in: here is my heart, I am not afraid!). Otherwise I walk every day, 3.5 miles (5.6 km) or more: fast walking (and swimming) is the easiest aerobic exercise on the joints, safer than running.
