4 month Post break up: I have tried mostly everything mentioned above and do feel better, but I still cry over the past, I willfully listen to music i know will make me sad, I look at pictures i know do the same, mostly at night.. is this behaviour healthy and in tune with my personal growth?
Should I return all the gifts and memories of the past that remind me of her? where should i draw the line about changing my surroundings and life in general ?
