    healthy food doesn’t have to be bland or tasteless. a lot of people think helthy eating is just woo-woo or out there but it’s not. Western diets are killing us, and we are what we eat. Or your husband might think that bad effects won’t happen to him, but even a thin person who eats burgers everyday or drinks alcohol often can still get high cholesterol.
