Dear Jack the Poet: I like it and how sad. The thought of Jack no longer… The time when we will all go. Every single person on this forum right this moment. Dust in the wind… Such a tough to accept reality. I keep saying to myself that it can’t be such a tragedy because in nature it happens all the time. Everything alive dies. It is business as usual. Why does it seem like an ABNORMAL or unusual or exceptional event, an abnormality? Because we think we are gods, is what i think. Part of us think we are more than animals, that we are meant to always be. That is the part that invented god. Because we want to be gods, eternal. But i digress, and maybe I am not digressing.

Is euthanasia legal in Australia? It is in some states in the U.S.

    Oh my God!
And I thought I was God!
    Time for me,
    to see,
    some humility!

    Dear Jack the Poet:

Your posts about fear got me thinking last night, fearing, examining fear, not that I wanted to or intended to. I think I am going to post a new thread this morning about my thoughts about our fear. It will have the word Fear in its title, so hope you read it. It is inspired by YOUR posts of late, Jack the Inspirer.

    To be someone’s muse
    is such good news
    but I hope your fear
    will dissipate from here
    one day.

Thank you, Jack, working on it as I type…

I am hoping my last post to you on FEAR did not distress you much. I am okay if it caused some distress only in the hope that this kind of distress can help you in weakening your own fears. Just like i am … distressing myself for the same purpose. Distress some, not too much to overwhelm is the key of healing.
