    Dear Ale:

Yes, I felt “always very tired” myself, for many, many years.

    Dear Ale:

I stopped being as tired when I was way into my healing process, when I stopped suffering so much.

Suffering made me very tired. Being anxious a lot, uncomfortable, worrying, doubting, being confused, feeling guilty, ashamed… these feelings and the lack of clarity of thinking is very tiring.

It is really strange when you are sleeping and you think that the act of sleep is difficoult. In the while I don’t suffer of insonnia, but I create problem where I don’t have. It is normale? I don’t think so…

    Dear Ale:

Nothing that you experience is outside the human experience, abnormal in the sense of not human-like. You are therefore normal, human that is.
