being dumped is hard but even if you know you were being nice you need more time to think about it. but dont beg for her to come back or she will never want to come back if you are a begger!

I am very sorry to hear that you are having a tough time. Seems that you are a kind and loving person and now there is a void in your life. i would recommend to fill your time pursuing your personal interests and maybe look
into volunteering for cause that you believe in. I think that you will find this rewarding and perhaps find a new love that shares similar interests.
