I had stopped exercising last year and my metabolism started acting strangely the last few months. I suddenly put on 10 pounds, but none of my eating habits changed.
I figured it was time to get back into exercising more regularly. Although I eat fairly healthy, I kicked that up a notch as well, adding more greens to my diet.
This couch to 5 k program seems like a good structured way to get more physically fit. I’m feeling pretty good so far.
