    Dear woollyworm53:

    How about limiting the mental multi tasking and focus on just  one thing. What if you pick just this one, physician’s assistant and apply to a couple of openings, stick to one  goal, a job as a physician’s assistant?

    It is true I could pick one and stick to it, but most of these programs require me to attend at least 2 years of school, PA included. This is why I am afraid to pick one – they are all a lot of time and money invested and I am not sure which is the best fit!

    Dear woollyworm53:

    No such thing as an alternative to PA, that is  one in practice assisting a physician although not certified, maybe working under the supervision of a certified PA (it would  be another title, I understand)?
